1. What are your shipping times?

3. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:

iii- Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed successfully.
4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your Spam or Junk folder, as sometimes confirmation emails may be filtered there. If you still can't find it, contact us through the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to help.
5. I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where’s the rest?
To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately from different warehouses. If you receive one package first, the remaining items will arrive shortly after.

7. Will I have to pay customs fees?

10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, including a replacement or refund if necessary.
